Florencia Giulio, an Argentinian based in Spain, boasts over a decade of experience in arts and cultural financing, specializing in impact investing. Her expertise lies in integrating creative industries, social innovation, and impact investing across private and public sectors. Her journey includes leadership roles such as Head of Finance at Finca Flichman, Chief of Cabinet team at the National Endowment for the Arts, and co-founder of Potrero Digital. Presently, she's the founder of PULSO—an innovative, women-led firm dedicated to closing the funding gap for creative ventures by mobilizing private capital.

Florencia serves as a Board Member at ITAC, offering guidance as an Advisor & Mentor at Cultural Accelerators and shares her insights as a Speaker at international conferences. Recognized by Forbes magazine as Argentina’s "High Impact Youth," she's a TEDxSpeaker, an Oxford University scholar, and an Art Management Resident at ECA, Biennale d'Arte di Venezia.
