Working in Cadiz City in the Philippines, Abner will lead SACLAW – ‘Social Actions Community Leadership Arts Workshops’ – a development program that cultivates self and collective leadership in grassroots communities through a network of artists, artivists, educators, cultural workers, and community leaders. The program will include a 3-day residency culminating in a mini-festival of multi-arts and action plan presentations to which local, regional, national policy makers will be invited. Abner will create a SACLAW toolkit to be distributed online amongst other communities.
