Chrissie is a Creative Learning Officer for Creative Scotland, the national body for the funding and development of the arts. The focus of her work is artists working with people. She leads on ArtWorks Scotland, focusing on quality, skills and connectivity and The Art of Learning which supports teacher and pupil development.
Chrissie trained as a visual artist at Edinburgh College of Art and followed this with a Masters in Theatre for Development at King Alfred’s College Winchester. In interim year’s she has been a puppeteer, performer, goat herder and charcoal maker in Corsica and toured on foot with a horse-drawn theatre company in the UK, Hungary and Slovakia
